01. Submit product data (PRODUCT)

File formats

The following file formats can be used to submit data files:

DR3 format (format code: DR3-002)

This is dge's own format. It is preferable to submit product data in this format because this format is the most complete. More information about the DR3 format can be found in the document "FormatDescription_PRODUCT_DR3-002_en-GB.pdf". Examples of this format can be found in the attachment "voorbeeld_PRODUCT_DR3-002_nl-NL.*".

SALES Standaard Bouw en Installatie INSBOU003 (formaatcode: INSBOU003-ARTIKEL)

If your software supports the SALES standard, you can submit your product files in the INSBOU003 format.

SALES Standaard Bouw en Installatie INSBOU004 (formaatcode: INSBOU004-ARTIKEL)

If your software supports the SALES standard, you can submit your product files in the INSBOU003 format.

EZ-Base webshop 3.1 XML (formaatcode: EZBASE-3.1)

If you are a member of EZ-Base, you can submit your product files in EZ-Base webshop 3.1 XML format.

Nexmart (formaatcode: BMECAT-1.2)

If you are affiliated with Nexmart, dge can automatically process your product files from Nexmart.

You can submit your files by sending an email to [e-mail]

WeTransfer

If you have huge files that you cannot send via email, you can send these files via https://dge.wetransfer.com/.

(S)FTP

You can submit your product files on your own (S)FTP server or you can request dge for an (S)FTP. For more information, please contact dge.
